The Paper Chain is Back - Moved

After a long collage related hiatus, the owners of the paper chain are back to get things rolling again, with the help of a few new helpers to manage the group in times where the owners are unable and to assist in speedy acceptance.
We have however, moved to a group in order to make submission and organization much faster and much easier with more people to be able to manage it. The paper chain will begin again on Feb 1st with the character sheet of the previous winner!

Yes, I like to know two days before the contest ends, the day of and when it's closed as well as who the winner's are and when the next contest starts.
5 journals in my inbox is a bit much for those reminders. I like all the final day reminders (two days, day of and closed) but the winner and next entry journal should just be one.
5 journals in my inbox is a bit much for those reminders. I like that the winners and next round are two seperate updates, but I think the entry reminders are a bit much. One warning and then the closing is fine.
I want as few journals in my inbox as posable. One entry for when the round ends and one entry for the winners and next round (combined) is enough.
I need as many reminders as posable, I would like more during the month.
